What you'll do
- Design and maintain the probability models and RTP for Chicken Road and upcoming titles.
- Tune difficulty and volatility curves so each mode feels distinct yet stays on its RTP target.
- Validate provably-fair RNG outputs against expected distributions.
- Document the maths clearly for certification labs and operator partners.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in game maths, quant, actuarial or applied-probability work.
- Strong probability and statistics; you can derive results, not just look them up.
- Comfortable modelling and simulating in Python, R or advanced Excel.
- Experience with certified iGaming maths is a strong plus.
Nice to have
- Crash / instant-game experience.
- Familiarity with GLI or iTech Labs certification.
- Monte-Carlo simulation.

- 4+ years building with modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Deep hands-on Canvas or WebGL experience.
- Genuinely obsessive about performance, memory and load time.
- Have shipped real mobile-web games or interactive apps.

- Source, pitch and close operator and aggregator partnerships.
- Manage your pipeline and negotiate commercial terms.
- Shepherd integrations alongside our technical team.
- Grow revenue from existing partners with new markets and promos.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in iGaming or gaming.
- An existing network of operator or aggregator contacts.
- Confident with rev-share models and contract terms.
- Happy to travel to the major industry events.
Nice to have
- Aggregator-platform experience.
- Additional languages.
- A live book of contacts in regulated markets.

What you'll do
- Build and own automated test suites for the game client and APIs.
- Verify provably-fair outputs against expected statistical distributions.
- Prepare evidence packs for certification audits.
- Find the bugs before players ever do.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in QA or test engineering.
- Scripting for automation in Python or JavaScript.
- A rigorous, sceptical, detail-first mindset.
- Basic probability literacy, enough to reason about distributions.
Nice to have
- iGaming certification experience.
- Load and performance testing.
- Security testing.

- Own UI/UX for the game and the studio's sites.
- Design flows, components and motion end-to-end.

- 4+ years in product / UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Mastery of Figma and modern design systems.
- A real sense for motion and game feel.
- You ship pixel-perfect, responsive work.

- Game or casino UI experience.
- Motion design (Lottie / After Effects).
- Front-end literacy (HTML / CSS).
Be the calm, human voice players reach when something goes wrong. Fast, fair and genuinely helpful.
What you'll do
- Answer player and partner queries across email and chat.
- Troubleshoot game and account issues end-to-end.
- Spot patterns and feed them back to product and engineering.
- Champion responsible-gaming tools and resources.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer support (iGaming, gaming or SaaS ideal).
- Excellent written English and a calm tone under pressure.
- Comfortable working a shift rotation.
- Naturally empathetic and unflappable.
Nice to have
- Additional languages (DE / FR / PT / ES).
- Support tooling (Zendesk / Intercom).
- iGaming product knowledge.
